Our 2012 CSU iGEM Team

Steven Denham

The Houdini of the lab, Steven can do things in the lab that will have you wondering where you are and what just happened. And as though that wasn't enough, he's a research genius. He makes Post-Docs look like High School Freshman.

David Packard

Math Wizard, Code Genius, Racquet Sports Pro... We call him a lot of things, but he prefers Dave.

Guy Stewart

He claims he's just a regular guy, but we don't believe him. Guy is the embodiment of natural biology and you can expect to see him on the cover of Home Brewer magazine any day now.

Ryan Clouse

Blah Blah Blah

Brian Searcy

You name it, he's lived there. Our coach and mentor is a Renaissance Man of the microbiology world. If you have a question, he has an answer, and boy did that come in handy.

Ethan Ho

A young up-and-coming tech expert, Ethan has been writing code since you were in diapers. You can expect big things from this kid. Before you know it, he'll have us all saying Mark Zucker...WHO?

RamStrong

We proudly roam the steepest and most treacherous mountain sides, looking for adventure, and exploring whatever comes our way. We do not back down from challenges, instead we charge them head on. Although we do occasionally clash heads, we power through our disagreements, because... we are the CSU Rams!!!

About Us:

We set out on a mission to design a yeast that secretes an enzyme to break down gluten. Come on, don't act like you're not impressed.
